PAE, formerly known as Pacific Architects and Engineers, is a U.S.-based defense and government services contractor. It has been providing critical operational support since its founding in 1955.
Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, PAE specializes in delivering a broad range of services to agencies including the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, the UK Ministry of Defence, the New Zealand Defence Force, and the Central Intelligence Agency.
Business Segments
PAE operates through two primary segments:
- Global Mission Services (GMS): focuses on logistics and stability operations, infrastructure management, and force readiness.
- Services include lifecycle logistics operations, humanitarian and stability operations, mission operations support, space development and operations, test and training ranges, and maintenance and repair of military and civilian vehicle fleets and aircraft.
- National Security Solutions (NSS): offers counter-threat solutions, information optimization, and intelligence solutions.
- This includes training support, counter-terrorism solutions, business process outsourcing services to government agencies, systems support, intelligence analysis, mission support, program management, engineering, and training solutions.
Company Merger
In February 2022, PAE merged with Amentum Government Services Holdings LLC. Due to this merger, it was delisted from Nasdaq.
Despite this, PAE continues to operate under its established brand, providing essential services to a diverse clientele.
