Orioli Restaurant Group

Orioli Restaurant Group is a third-generation, family-owned and operated restaurant group based in The Woodlands, Texas.

Founded by Elda and Domenico Orioli, the group has expanded its culinary offerings to include several Italian dining concepts, each with its unique ambiance and menu.

Flagship Restaurant

The flagship restaurant, Via Emilia Italian Restaurant, opened in Houston in 2000 and relocated to The Woodlands in 2011.

This establishment offers classic Italian dishes served in refined dining rooms with an old-world atmosphere.

Marcoza Trattoria

In 2019, the group introduced Marcoza Trattoria in Creekside Park, The Woodlands.

This rebranding of the former Avanti Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar focuses on rustic Italian fare, featuring freshly made pasta dishes, seafood creations, braised meats, and desserts.

Terra Vino Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar

The group further expanded in 2021 with the opening of Terra Vino Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar on Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands.

This contemporary Italian kitchen offers a creative lineup of antipasti dishes, handmade pasta, artisanal pizzas, handcrafted cocktails, and an impressive wine list.

Azzurro Italian Coastal Cuisine

In March 2023, Orioli Restaurant Group launched Azzurro Italian Coastal Cuisine in Hughes Landing, The Woodlands.

Inspired by the coastal regions of Italy, Azzurro offers seafood specialties like Octopus Carpaccio and Risotto Di Mare, along with scratch-made pasta dishes such as Mafaldine Braised Beef Cheeks and Truffle Ravioli.

Costa Fina Latin Coastal Kitchen

The group also ventured into Latin-inspired cuisine with Costa Fina Latin Coastal Kitchen, which opened in Creekside Park Village Center in January 2024.

After nearly a year of operations, the group decided to close Costa Fina in December 2024, refocusing on their Italian concepts.

Upcoming Orioli’s Cucina Italiana

In May 2023, Orioli Restaurant Group announced plans to open Orioli’s Cucina Italiana in the Woodforest Community's Pine Market Plaza in Montgomery, Texas.

This new concept aims to offer scratch-made Italian cuisine, including house-made pastas, steaks, hearty braised meats, fresh-baked bread, and desserts.

It will be complemented by an extensive wine and craft cocktail program.
