The Original Ninfa's, established in 1973 by Mama Ninfa Laurenzo, is a cornerstone of Houston's culinary scene. It is renowned for its authentic Tex-Mex cuisine and vibrant dining experience.

Originating from a humble tortilla factory, Mama Ninfa revolutionized the local food landscape by introducing "tacos al carbon", a dish that became synonymous with fajitas.
