Optimum Performance Sports (OPS) is a comprehensive health and fitness organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals through a multifaceted approach. With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of certified professionals, OPS offers a range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its community.

Fitness Centers

OPS operates several fitness centers, each designed to provide a unique and supportive environment for members.

• OPS Dupont: Located at 10106 Dupont Circle Drive East, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, this 99,000-square-foot facility features a 24-hour fitness club, an athletic performance center, four full-sized basketball courts, an indoor track, group fitness rooms, and a healthy food restaurant called SMPL Kitchen.
• OPS Ash Centre: Situated at 1701 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802, this center boasts a 50-yard indoor turf football field, a full-sized basketball court, a fully equipped weight room, and sprint lanes, serving as a hub for sports performance training and adult fitness classes.
• OPS Warsaw: Located at 701 Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw, IN 46582, this facility offers performance training and basketball workouts for all ages, catering to both youth and collegiate athletes.

Athlete Performance Training

OPS provides specialized training programs aimed at maximizing athletic potential. These programs focus on fundamental movement training, speed and agility, explosive power development, and proper strength training and conditioning.

Regular assessments showcase measurable improvements, ensuring that each athlete's goals are met.

Sports Medicine and Therapy

In collaboration with Fort Wayne Orthopedics and Optimum Performance Therapy, OPS offers comprehensive sports medicine services. These include physical therapy, human performance labs, and an OrthoStat walk-in clinic.

The services are staffed by experienced physicians and therapists dedicated to facilitating safe and timely returns to play.

Community Engagement

OPS is committed to positively impacting its community by providing sports medicine services to various organizations and clubs.

The facilities also host events and camps, such as the "Bigger than Basketball Camp," which utilizes the four basketball courts at OPS Dupont.
