BoomerJack's started as a counter-service restaurant specializing in flavorful chicken wings. Over the years, it evolved into a full-service sports bar and grill with an expanded menu and full bar.

The venue features a relaxing patio and wall-to-wall TVs. Today, it has 14 locations across the DFW Metroplex, popular among sports enthusiasts and food lovers alike.

In 2015, On Deck Concepts revitalized the traditional Texas ice house concept with Bedford Ice House, an open-air venue located in Bedford, TX. It offers a casual hangout spot for locals with cold drinks, delicious food, and live music daily.
