Office of Shared Administration (WV)

The Office of Shared Administration (OSA) in West Virginia is a centralized support entity established to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within the state's Department of Health, Department of Human Services, and Department of Health Facilities. This initiative was formalized through House Bill 2006, signed by Governor Jim Justice on March 6, 2023. The restructuring took effect on January 1, 2024.
