Additionally, Odell Brewing conserves more than 10 million gallons of water each year through efficient brewing processes. The brewery also utilizes solar energy, with over 11,000 square feet of solar panels covering approximately 4% of its total electricity needs.

Each year, Odell Brewing's co-workers volunteer over 2,000 hours and host more than 50 nonprofit fundraisers. In 2015, the Odell family sold the majority of the company to its co-workers, making it 100% employee-owned and ensuring its independence for generations to come.
