OC Sports & Entertainment (OCSE) is a dynamic organization dedicated to creating exceptional sports and entertainment experiences in Anaheim, California. It operates the city-owned Honda Center and plays a pivotal role in shaping the region's entertainment landscape.

In April 2025, OCSE announced the $1 billion privately funded transformation called the "Honda Center Encore." This project aims to reimagine the guest experience at the iconic arena.

The transformation, led by the Samueli Family—owners of the Anaheim Ducks and long-time stewards of Honda Center—includes a new five-story South Entrance and enhanced vertical circulation with escalators.

Other key features are a complete refresh of food and beverage spaces with ten new concepts, self-service technology, new opera box suites, renovation of all luxury suites, and parking expansion by nearly 60% with three new garages totaling over 6,000 stalls.

These enhancements aim to elevate the arena experience and solidify Orange County's status as a global destination for live entertainment.

OCVIBE Mixed-Use Development

OCSE is also leading the development of OCVIBE, a $4 billion mixed-use district surrounding Honda Center. This project covers approximately 100 acres in Anaheim's Platinum Triangle district.

The development is planned in phases, with the first phase opening in mid-2026. It will feature:

• Two new multi-story parking garages
• A market hall and five restaurants
• A 5,700-person amphitheater
• An urban park

Future phases include a 3,000-capacity music hall, a hotel, two parks, and additional residential and commercial spaces. The goal is to create a year-round destination for live entertainment, dining, and community engagement.
