Nazareth Home is a nonprofit, award-winning long-term care and rehabilitation community dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered health and wellness services to adults and their families.
Established in 1976 and sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, Nazareth Home operates two vibrant campuses in Louisville, Kentucky: the Highlands Campus at 2000 Newburg Road and the Clifton Campus at 2120 Payne Street.
