NAPA at Stonecrest

NAPA Bistro & Wine Bar at Stonecrest is a premier dining destination located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, North Carolina. Established in December 2024, this restaurant is the third concept by Jeff and Paula Conway of the Conway Restaurant Group, following their prior successes.

The venue is situated at 7708 Rea Road, Charlotte, NC 28277, occupying a spacious 7,000-square-foot space formerly Cantina 1511. Inspired by California's renowned wine country, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of Napa Valley.

Menu and Signature Dishes

The menu features fresh, made-from-scratch small plates and hearty entrées. It is complemented by an extensive wine list of over 100 wines. Signature dishes include:

• Cast iron meatballs
• Crisp cauliflower
• Margherita flatbread
• Herb whipped goat cheese
• Tuna tartare
• Shrimp gnocchi

For larger appetites, options include bone-in ribeye, braised short rib, filet mignon, herb-crusted grouper, lump crab cakes, pan-roasted duck breast, pan-roasted salmon, shrimp capellini, three-cheese stuffed chicken breast, wagyu burger, and wild mushroom ravioli.

• Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM
• Friday and Saturday: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Reservations are recommended, though walk-ins are always welcome.

Special Events and Community Engagement

In April 2025, NAPA Bistro & Wine Bar at Stonecrest hosted a special vintner dinner featuring Del Dotto Vineyards, a renowned Napa Valley winery. The event supported Charlotte-area children's charities.

The dinner showcased a multi-course wine pairing with Desirée Del Dotto, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of Del Dotto Estate Winery & Caves, as a special guest.
