My Place Hotels is a hospitality company specializing in extended-stay accommodations across the United States. Founded in 2012 by Ron Rivett and his grandson Ryan Rivett, the company is headquartered in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
The brand offers modern amenities at affordable prices, catering to families, business travelers, and leisure guests. Each hotel features in-room kitchens equipped with refrigerators, cooktops, microwaves, and toasters, allowing guests to prepare their own meals during extended stays.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, and pet-friendly accommodations.
In 2020, My Place Hotels introduced Trend Hotels & Suites, a collection of upper-midscale and upscale select-service and extended-stay hotels. This expansion aims to provide hoteliers with more franchising options and to meet the evolving needs of travelers.
As of August 2025, My Place Hotels operates over 70 locations across nearly half of the United States, with plans for further expansion.
