Montgomery County Community College

Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) is a public institution located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, offering a diverse range of educational programs and services to meet community needs.

Established in 1964, MCCC has grown to provide over 100 programs resulting in associate degrees and certificates, including specialized workforce training certificates.

These programs span various fields such as Business, Creative Arts, Culinary and Hospitality, Education, Engineering and Technology, Health, Liberal Studies, Public and Social Services, and Science and Math.

Campuses

The college operates two main campuses along with additional educational facilities:

• Blue Bell Campus: Situated on 186 acres, this campus features nine state-of-the-art buildings. Highlights include the Fine Arts Center with a gallery showcasing works by area artists.
• This campus also offers facilities such as the Dental Hygiene Clinic, Veterans Center, Observatory, Libraries, Testing Services, Massage Therapy Clinic, and The Mix Room at Montco.
• Pottstown Campus: Located in downtown Pottstown, it includes North Hall, a historic building renovated in 2022 to house classrooms and faculty offices.
• The Wellness Center, also opened in 2022, provides health and fitness resources. The campus houses the Challenger Learning Center, offering immersive, space-themed simulated learning environments.

Accreditation and Support Services

MCCC is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. It offers various support services including academic advising, counseling, disability services, and distance learning opportunities.

The college provides non-credit programs through its Workforce Development Division, with training in areas such as Gas Distribution Pipeline Mechanic and Cybersecurity Technician.
