• MJHS Isabella Center: Situated in Washington Heights, Manhattan, this 705-bed center offers inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized services such as memory care and ventilator support. The center also features independent living options for adults aged 62 and older, fostering a vibrant community environment.

Hospice and Palliative Care

MJHS provides compassionate hospice and palliative care services focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with advanced or terminal illnesses. Their team of experts offers customized care plans, spiritual support, bereavement counseling, and assistance with advance care planning.
