MJ Morgan Group was founded in 2006 by Michael Morgan. At the time, Michael was president and managing partner of a different recruiting firm specializing in light industrial staffing. He recognized the lack of opportunity for professional placements, so he launched his own staffing company — and thus, MJ Morgan Group was born. Since then, our company has grown into a full-service recruiting firm, helping companies in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and beyond staff the right workers for the job. Our divisions include IT, engineering, sales, marketing, accounting, administrative, light industrial, and others.
