• Age Requirements: Drivers must be at least 21 years old for standard cars; those between 21 and 24 may incur an underage fee. Some luxury vehicles and large SUVs require drivers to be at least 25.
• Payment Methods: Only major credit cards from traditional banking institutions are accepted; debit, ATM, pre-paid, EBT, or gift cards are not.
• Cancellation Policy: Standard car reservations can be canceled the same day with no penalty. SUVs and vans require a 24-hour notice, while luxury and specialty reservations need a 48-hour advance cancellation.
• Geographical Restrictions: Vehicles are not permitted to enter Mexico under any circumstances.
