Michigan State University

Michigan State University (MSU), established in 1855, is a public land-grant research university located in East Lansing, Michigan. As the nation's first land-grant institution under the Morrill Act of 1862, MSU has a rich history of pioneering studies in areas such as packaging, hospitality business, plant biology, supply chain management, and telecommunication.

The university's expansive 5,300-acre campus along the Red Cedar River features 563 buildings, including academic halls, agricultural facilities, housing, and athletic venues.
