Founded in 2014 by Josh Molina and his family, the establishment has grown from a single location in the Arts District to multiple venues across the city, including Downtown Summerlin, Henderson, and a pop-up at Town Square.

The menu features a variety of Latin comfort foods, such as arepas, empanadas, and bandeja paisa, crafted from family recipes that reflect the Molina family's Colombian heritage.

In addition to its food offerings, the café is renowned for its specialty coffee drinks, including unique lattes like the Horchata Latte and the Lavender Infused Latte, made with house-made syrups by trained baristas.
