Romano's Macaroni Grill is a renowned American casual dining restaurant chain specializing in Italian-American cuisine. Established in 1988 by restaurateur Philip J. Romano in Leon Springs, Texas, the brand has grown to operate numerous locations across the United States and Puerto Rico.
