Programs at Home

In addition to its residential communities, LHSC offers programs designed to support older adults in their own homes:

• BeWell@Home: The first non-profit Continuing Care at Home program in South Carolina, providing a comprehensive and affordable approach to care at home. It combines the benefits of long-term care insurance with Continuing Care Retirement Community services.
• BeWell Home Services: A non-medical home care program assisting older adults with daily activities to maintain independence while receiving support.
• Lutheran Hospice: Offers compassionate end-of-life care, focusing on comfort and quality of life for patients and families. It provides support across the Upstate, Midlands, and Lowcountry regions.
