Little Seed Coffee Inc. is a Knoxville-based coffeehouse dedicated to providing sustainable solutions to poverty through coffee. Their mission is to offer high-quality, fair-trade coffee while supporting farmers and communities both locally and globally.

The café partners with Café Kreyol, a sustainable Haitian coffee producer, to source organic beans from Haiti and other Caribbean islands. This collaboration ensures that farmers receive fair compensation, empowering them to reinvest in their farms and families.

Additionally, Little Seed Coffee Inc. donates 25% of its profits to SEED International, a non-profit organization focused on education, entrepreneurship, and development projects in rural Haiti.
