Signature dishes include the Korean Fried Chicken with chili butter and braised spinach, Beef Short Rib with sesame crust and sweet soy, and the renowned Roasted Cauliflower with goat cheese and shishito-herb vinaigrette.
The restaurant also offers a selection of plant-based options, catering to diverse dietary preferences.
In addition to its culinary offerings, KYU provides a dynamic atmosphere complemented by handcrafted cocktails and desserts.
