Kingsway Community is a family-owned and operated senior living organization located on a 25-acre campus in the Woodlawn section of Schenectady, New York. Since its establishment in 1975, Kingsway has been dedicated to providing a comprehensive continuum of care for older adults.

• Michael McPartlon, President/CEO: With over 30 years at Kingsway, Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from Union College. He is a New York State Licensed Administrator driving the organization’s growth.
• James Farnan, Administrator of Kingsway Arms Nursing and Rehabilitation Center: With 25+ years in long-term care leadership, James holds an MBA in Health Systems Administration and a master's in healthcare data analytics.
