Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a tranquil environment for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's name, "Theta," is inspired by the eighth letter of the Greek alphabet, symbolizing the Theta brainwaves associated with deep relaxation and meditation.

This concept is reflected in the hotel's design, blending modern aesthetics with elements that evoke a sense of calm. The lobby showcases Isamu Noguchi-inspired sculptural forms and mixed communal seating areas with art, books, and botanical touches, creating an intimate, residential-like ambiance.

In early 2024, the hotel plans to introduce Bar Sprezzatura, a rooftop restaurant inspired by the relaxed elegance of the Italian Riviera, developed in partnership with TableOne Hospitality.
