KidStrong

KidStrong is a science-based children's training program dedicated to fostering strong, confident, and high-character kids. Designed for children from walking age up to 11 years old, KidStrong offers weekly 45-minute classes led by expert coaches that focus on three key areas: character development, physical fitness, and mental growth.

The program is built upon the Whole Child Philosophy, emphasizing the development of the entire child through:

• Strong Character: Through games and activities, children develop essential life skills such as teamwork, mental toughness, and sportsmanship.
• Strong Body: Engaging in fun activities that promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility.
• Strong Mind: Utilizing puzzles, games, and mental challenges to enhance creativity, mental development, and problem-solving skills.

As of April 2024, KidStrong operates 129 locations across 36 states and territories in the United States. The state with the highest number of locations is Texas, boasting 19 centers, followed by Florida with 14, and New York with 6.

Other states with multiple locations include California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Ohio. Notably, KidStrong has centers in cities such as Albuquerque, Jacksonville, Summerville, Austin, Tampa, Raleigh, Natick, and Novi.
