The Kansas City Country Club (KCCC), established on May 1, 1896, is one of the oldest country clubs west of the Mississippi River. It was originally located in Kansas City, Missouri.

In 1925, the club moved to its current site in Mission Hills, Kansas. This relocation involved renowned golf course architect A.W. Tillinghast, who redesigned the course to its present layout.

The club boasts a 210-acre championship golf course known for its unique and unparalleled design in the region. The course is a par 70 and offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers at all levels.

Notably, five-time British Open Champion Tom Watson refined his skills here under the guidance of long-time club professional Stan Thirsk.
