Founded in 2014 by civil rights attorneys in Chicago, Illinois, the company was established with the mission to provide exceptional cannabis products that promote well-being and community engagement.

Operations and Facilities

The company operates in eight states: California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Michigan, Missouri, and Utah.

In California, Justice Cannabis Co. has been cultivating cannabis since 2016, with a 32,000-square-foot grow operation located in Santa Rosa.

In Illinois, the company produces both flower and concentrate products for the third-party market from its 8,400-square-foot facility in Edgewood, operational since 2015. Looking ahead, Justice Cannabis Co. plans to build a 130,000-square-foot high-tech greenhouse operation in Illinois, which will also include 8,400 square feet of kitchen and extraction capabilities.

In Pennsylvania, Justice Cannabis Co. holds licenses for both dispensary operations and cultivation/processing sites. The company has opened two medical dispensaries in Edwardsville and Dickson City, operating under the name Justice Crown, and a third dispensary in Bethlehem, known as Bloc Dispensary.

Additionally, a 76,000-square-foot cultivation and processing center in Hazel Township is under construction, with completion expected by July 2022.

In New Jersey, the company has a 72,000-square-foot indoor cultivation center in Ewing Township, specializing in cannabis flower and extract products.

Plans are in place to open a 5,000-square-foot dispensary in Ewing, with two additional dispensaries in Somerset and Waretown scheduled to open in Summer 2022.
