About Jordan Valley Community Health Center
Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive, accessible healthcare services to individuals and families across Southwest Missouri.
Established in 2003, JVCHC has grown to become Missouri's largest FQHC, serving approximately 75,000 patients annually.
The center offers a wide array of services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, and women's healthcare.
Medical services encompass family medicine, pediatric care, geriatrics, and chronic disease management. Dental services range from preventive care to specialty treatments, while behavioral health services address mental health needs.
Vision care includes comprehensive eye exams and corrective lenses. Women's health services provide prenatal care, gynecology, and maternal-fetal medicine.
