About Jaggers
Jaggers is a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in freshly prepared burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, and milkshakes. Founded in 2014 by the late Kent Taylor, the founder of Texas Roadhouse, Jaggers was envisioned as a place offering superior burgers compared to Five Guys and chicken tenders and sandwiches competing with Raising Cane’s and Chick-fil-A.
The menu at Jaggers features a variety of items, including double-patty burgers, hand-breaded chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fresh salads, and hand-spun milkshakes. Popular burgers include the Bacon Avocado Burger and the Sunrise Burger. Salads are made-to-order with homemade dressings.
Sides include shoestring fries, tater tots, fruit cups, mac 'n cheese, and edamame. The milkshake menu offers flavors like Ghirardelli Brownie and Banana Split.
Jaggers emphasizes fresh, authentic, scratch-made food. All food items are prepared only after an order is received, ensuring each dish is made-to-order. Vegetables are sliced and diced fresh daily, and chicken is seasoned, dipped, and crisped with a unique homemade batter. Sauces and dressings are made from scratch in-house.

The first Jaggers location opened in Noblesville, Indiana, in 2014. Since then, the brand has expanded to multiple locations across Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Texas. In Texas, Jaggers has opened locations in Longview and Katy, with plans for further expansion.
