Established in 2009 as Rock Gaming LLC, the company rebranded to Jack Entertainment in 2016, reflecting its commitment to innovation and community engagement.

Entertainment Destinations

JACK Cleveland Casino, located in the historic Higbee Building in downtown Cleveland, opened in May 2012 as Ohio's first full-service casino. The casino offers over 1,200 slot machines, nearly 100 table games, a 28-table poker room, a massive sportsbook, and a variety of dining and entertainment options.

JACK Thistledown Racino, situated in the Cleveland suburb of North Randall, features 1,700 slot machines, a two-story outdoor gaming patio, a 4,000-square-foot sportsbook, and live thoroughbred and simulcast racing. The racino also offers a selection of casual dining spots, providing a comprehensive entertainment experience.

In addition to gaming, Jack Entertainment manages the iconic 500,000-square-foot Higbee Building, which houses nine floors of office space.
