Facility and Infrastructure

The terminal boasts 550,000 square feet of ultra-modern, automatic power-ventilated, and heavily insulated warehouse space, effectively eliminating condensation. Additional features include a dry fire-fighting protection system and 30-foot ceiling heights.

There is an adjacent covered rail shed capable of accommodating 80 railcars for all-weather unloading, ensuring operational efficiency and protection against the elements.
