Island Spa & Sauna is a 30,000-square-foot modernized Korean day spa located in Edison, New Jersey. Established in 2015 by Jackie Lee, the spa offers a comprehensive wellness experience designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.

• Dry Saunas: Five uniquely designed dry saunas constructed from clay, rock salt, charcoal, cedar, and stone, providing various health benefits.

• Soaking Tubs and Steam Room: Multiple soaking tubs and a steam room are available for guests to unwind.
• Sleeping and Lounging Areas: Comfortable spaces are provided for rest and relaxation.
• Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.

Dining and Refreshments

The spa features a food court offering traditional Korean cuisine, including dishes like Ramyeon (spicy ramen noodles), Unagi Dup Bap (oven-roasted eel over rice), and Hwe Dup Bap (mixed sashimi over fresh vegetables).

A juice bar provides fresh juices, smoothies, and light refreshments, allowing guests to enjoy healthy meals and beverages during their visit.
