Huse Culinary, Inc. is an upscale restaurant and retail food group headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Established in 1986, the company has grown to own and operate several renowned dining establishments, including the iconic St. Elmo Steak House, 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo, Harry & Izzy's, Burger Study, and The HC Tavern + Kitchen.

The flagship restaurant, St. Elmo Steak House, has been a staple in Indianapolis since 1902. It offers guests perfectly aged steaks, tender pork chops, and its world-famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail®. This signature dish is renowned for its potent horseradish, delivering an unforgettable "head rush" experience to first-time diners.

In 2011, Huse Culinary expanded its portfolio with the opening of 1933 Lounge, a sophisticated cocktail lounge located above St. Elmo Steak House. This venue offers handcrafted cocktails and a refined dining experience, capturing the elegance of the post-Prohibition era. The success of 1933 Lounge led to the establishment of additional locations, including the 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo in Fishers, Indiana, in December 2019, and a new location in Carmel, Indiana, which opened in April 2025.

Harry & Izzy's, another concept by Huse Culinary, provides a classic American grill experience with a modern twist. The menu features beloved Huse Culinary staples, such as the world-famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, alongside new signature creations like Lobster Cargot. The HC Tavern + Kitchen, located in Fishers, Indiana, serves as a neighborhood gathering place, offering an upscale yet approachable menu designed to satisfy both traditional tastes and adventurous palates.

In addition to its dining establishments, Huse Culinary has ventured into retail with St. Elmo Foods, offering sauces and condiments sold at major retailers throughout the U.S., expanding the brand beyond the restaurant industry.
