Huntington San Francisco is a historic luxury hotel located in the heart of San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood. Established in 1924, the hotel is renowned for its Georgian-style architecture and panoramic city views.

Over the years, it has hosted a diverse array of guests, including European royalty and rock bands, becoming a cherished landmark for both locals and visitors alike.

The hotel features 135 spacious guest rooms and suites, each designed to provide a comfortable and elegant stay. Amenities include the Big 4 Restaurant, offering modern twists on classic upscale American cuisine, and the Nob Hill Spa.

The Nob Hill Spa is a three-level oasis with treatment rooms, a Zen relaxation room, saunas, steam rooms, an indoor infinity pool, whirlpool, and a workout room.

Ownership and Renovations

In early 2020, the hotel closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and faced financial challenges, including a default on its $56.2 million mortgage.

In March 2023, local businessman Greg Flynn, together with the hospitality management company Highgate, acquired the Huntington Hotel.

Their vision is to restore and elevate every aspect of the property, returning it to its original glory as the premier luxury hotel in San Francisco.
