Huntington Hotel Group (HHG) is a specialized hospitality company established in 1998 by Kevin Keefer and Brent Andrus. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, HHG focuses on the development, operation, and management of premium brand select-service hotels, mainly under Marriott and Hilton brands.
Since inception, HHG has developed 27 properties and currently operates a portfolio of 22 hotels, totaling over 3,400 rooms across six states. The portfolio includes several select-service brands such as Courtyard by Marriott, Element by Westin, Residence Inn by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton.
HHG also offers comprehensive management and financial services through its subsidiary, Huntington Hospitality Management. These services cover hotel operations, sales and marketing, accounting, and cash flow management. This integrated approach helps HHG maximize brand marketing and generate strong returns on equity, gaining a respected reputation among lenders, franchisors, and investors.
The company's commitment to excellence is demonstrated by its consistent outperformance of competitors through unique revenue management, sales, and marketing strategies.
