About Health Promotion Council
Health Promotion Council (HPC) is a nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, dedicated to promoting health and preventing and managing chronic diseases. It focuses particularly on vulnerable populations. Established in 1981, HPC has over 40 years of experience in chronic disease prevention and management.
Each year, HPC reaches more than 20,000 individuals across Pennsylvania through its programs and services.
