The Greater Des Moines Partnership is the primary economic and community development organization serving the Greater Des Moines (DSM) region in Iowa. Established to foster economic growth and enhance the quality of life, the Partnership encompasses 12 counties:

With a network of over 400 investors and an Affiliate Chamber of Commerce network comprising more than 6,700 regional business members, the Partnership stands as one of the largest regional chambers in the United States. This extensive network enables the organization to drive economic development, support business growth, and advocate for policies that benefit the region.
The Partnership's mission is to unite the region with a single voice and purpose. It focuses on economic development, workforce readiness, and enhancing the overall quality of life.
Its strategic priorities include:

In January 2025, the Greater Des Moines Partnership unveiled its strategic priorities for the year, emphasizing economic development, workforce readiness, quality of life, inclusive economic growth, media relations, and investor engagement. Additionally, the Perry Chamber of Commerce joined as the newest Affiliate Chamber, expanding the organization's reach and reinforcing its commitment to regional collaboration.
The Partnership also plays a pivotal role in advocating for the region's interests at the federal level. In May 2025, it led a delegation to Washington, D.C., to advocate for its 2025 Federal Policy Agenda, which includes priorities such as tax policy, housing expansion, and workforce development.
Through its comprehensive approach, the Greater Des Moines Partnership continues to be a driving force in promoting economic vitality, fostering community development, and enhancing the overall prosperity of the Greater Des Moines region.
