• Helms College: An accredited vocational career college offering post-secondary diploma and degree programs in hospitality, health services, industrial trades, and business and technology. Helms College provides experiential applied learning through its affiliated hospitality business enterprises.
• Helms Career Education: Short-term, low-cost industry-recognized career credentialing programs aimed at upskilling and reskilling the workforce.
• Good Vocations Program: Job training and placement for people with disabilities, focusing on workforce integration.

Retail Operations

The organization operates a network of retail stores and donation centers serving as revenue generators and training venues. These facilities offer a wide range of secondhand merchandise including clothing, household goods, and furniture.
