Global Connections to Employment

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities, including veterans. Established in 1986, GCE has become one of the largest private employers of persons with disabilities in the United States.

The organization offers a diverse range of services across multiple sectors. GCE's mission is to empower its team members by matching them with fulfilling careers in various fields like custodial services, facilities maintenance, food services, business support, contact center solutions, and information technology services.

Support for Veterans

In addition to its core services, GCE is committed to supporting veterans through its Veterans Initiative. The program assists veterans in transitioning back to civilian life by offering employment opportunities aligned with their skills and expertise.

The Targeted Employment Navigation Services (TENS) team guides veterans throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Meanwhile, the Veterans Empowered through Support (V.E.T.S.) Employee Resource Group provides information and support to enhance the workplace experience for team members with military backgrounds.
