Gilly's

Gilly's Clubhouse is a vibrant sports bar and entertainment venue located in downtown Detroit, Michigan. Established in April 2024, it occupies a 10,000-square-foot space at 1550 Woodward Ave. The venue offers a dynamic atmosphere for sports enthusiasts and casual diners alike.

The venue is named in honor of Nick Gilbert, the late son of Dan and Jennifer Gilbert, who was affectionately known as "Gilly." Nick's vision for the establishment was realized by his brothers, Grant and AJ Gilbert, who played pivotal roles in bringing Gilly's to life.

Venue Features

Gilly's Clubhouse features a spacious main floor equipped with a 120-square-foot television wall. This ensures that every seat offers an excellent view of the game. The interior design draws inspiration from Detroit's rich history and culture, with rich wood paneling, curated art, and modern furnishings.

Local artists, including Tyrell Winston and Davariz Broaden, have contributed original artworks that adorn the space, adding a unique and personal touch to the venue.

Menu Offerings

The menu offers a variety of classic American fare alongside healthier options. Patrons can enjoy grass-fed beef smash burgers, chicken wings, homemade mac and cheese, fresh salads, grain bowls, and turkey meatballs.

Additionally, a coffee shop café provides classic coffee and fresh-pressed juices. A wide selection of draft beers and specialty cocktails inspired by Detroit are also available.

Gilly's Rooftop

In addition to the main clubhouse, Gilly's Rooftop provides a hacienda-inspired setting featuring a glass ceiling and retractable doors leading to a rooftop terrace. This space serves Mexican street fare from an in-house food truck.

Visitors can enjoy top-shelf tequila and drinks while taking in year-round views of Detroit's historic skyline.
