Functional Training Services

We are a private, person-centered vocational rehabilitation agency which partners with the State of Ohio, specifically, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), to assist individuals with career exploration, vocational training, job readiness training, and career development - including outcomes based, job search activities. FTS’ goal is to assist job seekers with employment solutions, whether entry level, middle management or senior leadership, that contribute to personal fulfillment and overall self-sufficiency.
