Fitness Formula Clubs

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is a premier health and wellness organization founded in 1984 by CEO Gale Landers. Over the past four decades, FFC has expanded to operate ten upscale, multi-use health, sports, fitness, and spa centers across the Chicago area. It is the largest privately owned reciprocal usage provider of such facilities in the region.

Each FFC location offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to cater to diverse fitness and wellness needs. Members have access to state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, beautifully appointed locker rooms, and spacious multi-purpose studios. Many facilities include additional amenities like rock climbing walls, basketball courts, spas, and indoor and outdoor pools.
