Expansion will include states such as Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

This growth features the brand’s debut in Nevada with a Las Vegas location and a first Memphis, Tennessee location scheduled to open in September 2025.

First Watch primarily operates in suburban and urban markets, serving both residential communities and business districts. As of June 2024, it had 544 locations across 29 states. Florida hosts the most locations with 126, followed by Texas with 65, and Ohio with 44.
