Fat Patty's is a popular American restaurant chain specializing in gourmet burgers, sandwiches, wings, and a variety of other comfort foods. Established in 2007 near the campus of Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, the restaurant quickly gained popularity among students and locals alike.

Its success led to the expansion of multiple locations across West Virginia and Kentucky, including Barboursville, Teays Valley, and Ashland, as well as Morehead, Kentucky. In 2018, Fat Patty's was acquired by ARC Group Incorporated of Jacksonville, Florida, with plans to further expand the brand into other states.
