The flagship restaurant, Evergreen Modern Chinese & Bar, is located at 2771 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. This spacious 2,000-square-foot venue features a modern dining area, a premium bar with local craft beers, wines, and spirits, and outdoor seating during warmer months.

The menu offers a variety of dishes including Shanghai Smoked Fish, Sichuan Style Chicken, Jianbing, Homemade Dumplings, Salty Chicken, Spicy Tripe & Sliced Beef, Cumin Beef Skewers, and Shanghai Style Cured Pork.

Expansion and Remodel

In 2016, Evergreen Restaurant underwent a significant remodel, doubling its size to provide a more modern and spacious dining experience. The community's response has been overwhelmingly positive, solidifying Evergreen's reputation as Ann Arbor's premier destination for authentic Chinese cuisine.

In 2021, Evergreen Restaurant expanded its offerings by rebranding as Evergreen Restaurant Group. This expansion now encompasses a collection of Chinese restaurants and unique culinary experiences.
