Erie Family Health Center

Erie Family Health Centers is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare services to underserved communities across the Chicagoland area. Established in 1957, Erie has grown to operate 13 health centers. These centers offer a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and behavioral health services.

The organization serves a diverse patient population, with nearly 72% identifying as Hispanic and 47% primarily Spanish-speaking. Approximately 47% of patients are under 18, and 30% are uninsured. Erie is committed to ensuring healthcare access for all, regardless of insurance status, immigration status, or ability to pay.
