Emory University

Emory University, established in 1836, is a private research institution located in Atlanta, Georgia. In July 2025, Emory announced plans to redevelop a former auto garage and homeless shelter into over 50 competitively priced apartments specifically for healthcare workers at Emory Midtown.

This project aims to provide affordable housing for nurses and technicians priced out of downtown Atlanta, while preserving much of the historic site's architecture.
