Emanate Health is a comprehensive, nonprofit healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services to the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California. With over a century of service, it has grown to become the largest healthcare provider in the region.

Hospitals

Emanate Health operates three hospitals, each providing a range of specialized services to their communities.

• Emanate Health Inter-Community Hospital: Located in Covina, this facility offers diverse services including behavioral health, cancer care, cardiology, emergency care, gastroenterology, heart care, laboratory, mammograms, occupational therapy, orthopedics, palliative care, pulmonary rehabilitation, rehabilitation, and wound care.
• Emanate Health Queen of the Valley Hospital: In West Covina, known for family-centered maternity services and a Level IIIB Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Features include The Geleris Family Cancer Center, a Robotic Surgery Program, and full rehabilitation services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy for children and adults.
• Emanate Health Foothill Presbyterian Hospital: Situated in Glendora in the San Gabriel Mountains foothills, providing comprehensive medical services to the community.

Outpatient and Home Care Services

Emanate Health offers outpatient services through the Emanate Health Care Center in West Covina, which provides primary and specialty care including cardiology, family medicine, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports medicine.

Its Home Care program supports patients in their recovery while staying in the comfort of their homes, ensuring continuity and compassionate care.
