Emagine Entertainment is a premier luxury movie theater chain headquartered in Troy, Michigan. Established in 1997, the company operates 28 theaters across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. It collectively offers over 30,000 seats and 342 screens.

The company is renowned for its commitment to enhancing the movie-going experience by integrating advanced technologies and upscale amenities. It was the first theater chain globally to transition to 100% digital projection, setting a new standard in the industry.

In 1997, Cinema Hollywood (now Emagine Birch Run) became the first theater in Michigan with all stadium seating. Emagine introduced 4K projection to the Detroit market and was among the first to deploy Dolby Atmos® immersive sound systems worldwide.

To further elevate the cinematic experience, Emagine offers luxury seating options such as power recliners and DBOX Motion seats, ensuring comfort during screenings. The theaters provide reserved seating, in-seat service, and gourmet snacks and beverages, including alcoholic options for adults. Upscale amenities like valet parking cater to guests seeking a premium experience.

In 2021, Emagine expanded its offerings by launching live music events and introducing the Emagine Sports Lounge, the first of its kind. In 2022, it partnered with Caesars Sportsbook to rebrand the lounge into the Caesars Sportsbook Lounge Powered by Emagine, offering a Vegas-style atmosphere for guests aged 21 and older.

The company's dedication to innovation continues with a partnership with Screenvision Media and Strax Networks to create interactive augmented reality (AR) content for moviegoers and marketers. Launched in October 2022 at select Michigan locations, this platform connects the physical theater experience to the digital world via the StraxAR™ app.

Emagine Entertainment has received numerous accolades, including "Best Movie Theater" by the Detroit Free Press, the Detroit News, and WDIV television. It was also named "Best Theater to See a First-Run Movie" by Hour Detroit Magazine for nine consecutive years.
