Élephante Scottsdale is a coastal Italian restaurant that opened its doors in December 2024 at Scottsdale Fashion Square. This marked the brand's first expansion outside of Southern California. The establishment offers a sophisticated dining experience, blending Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a vibrant atmosphere.

Culinary Offerings

The menu at Élephante Scottsdale features a variety of dishes showcasing the essence of coastal Italian cuisine. Signature items include wood-fired pizzas made with long-fermented dough, house-made pastas, sustainably sourced seafood, and premium meats.

Notable dishes are the Arancini and the puccia—a puffed, soft bread from Italy’s Puglia region served with whipped eggplant.

Beverage Program

Complementing the food is an extensive beverage program with craft cocktails, proprietary private-label wines, and a full-time sommelier available to assist guests.

A unique feature to this location is Bar Bambino, an intimate cocktail lounge tucked within the restaurant, providing a space for late-night drinks and bites.

Design and Atmosphere

Designed by restaurateur Nick Mathers, founder of Wish You Were Here Group, the 12,000-square-foot space offers a total capacity of 345 guests, including 60 patio seats.

The design draws inspiration from the sun-drenched Mediterranean, featuring bespoke furniture, artwork, and imported travertine tile. The indoor-outdoor space is filled with desert plants and cacti, along with large banquettes perfect for group dining.

The operating hours are:

• Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Friday: 11 a.m. to midnight
• Saturday: 10 a.m. to midnight
• Sunday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
