• Matthew Greeves: Co-founder and Principal with a background in general contracting and real estate, holding a degree in Business Management from West Virginia University.
• Scott Burka: President overseeing day-to-day operations with over 30 years of industry experience. Holds multiple licenses and professional designations, including CMCA, AMS, and PCAM.
• Sam LeBlanc: CFO with a career spanning real estate investment, property management, and entrepreneurial ventures. Joined EJF in 2011 after returning to full-time real estate in 2006.
